I would like to cancel a contribution

To pause or cancel your payments, you must log into the student portal here: https://online.hekatesfinishingschool.com/login

Due to system limitations, a cancellation will immediately remove Full Access.

If you would like to continue access for the remainder of the month but want to cancel future payments, we recommend setting an alert / reminder the week prior to the renewal to maximize your access. We genuinely apologize for this inconvenience.

Please understand that HFS does not offer refunds or partial refunds. 

You can find your payment information under My Enrollments, or by clicking this link once logged in: https://online.hekatesfinishingschool.com/settings/plan
By scrolling all the way to the right, you'll see an option labeled 'Action' and you can click 'cancel'. 

Cancellations can take up to 7 days to process depending on the situation ( holidays, and weekends).

If you don't have access to your account for any reason, such as a lost password or lost access to your email, Please contact support by sending an email to support@hekatesfinishingschool.com using the email address on file with your account with a request to cancel a recurring contribution. Please do NOT send any payment information or sensitive information via email.
